Lash extensions are the core of the business, and the team artists specialize in them. Each set is customized to the client's personal style and eye shape. Artists apply one extension to each natural lash, isolating every natural lash before application, and the salon says that properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes. A full set usually takes between 1.5 and 3 hours. Clients who worry about an allergy, or who have reacted to lash adhesive before, can book a complimentary patch test first. Clients are asked to arrive with a fresh, clean face, because makeup removal adds time and makeup residue can shorten how long extensions hold.

Beyond lashes, the menu includes brow tinting and brow lamination, eyelash lifting, full body waxing, and permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips.
