Full sets come in two styles. The custom set is built around each client's eye shape, facial features, lifestyle and lash goals, and can be soft and natural or wispy and glamorous. The classic set places one extension on each natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look, and suits clients who already have naturally full lashes. Both take about two and a half hours.
Fill-ins are booked every two to three weeks and need a minimum share of the existing extensions still in place: at least 30 percent for the classic fill and 40 percent for the custom fill. Each takes about an hour and a half. Clients whose extensions were applied by an artist outside the studio can book a foreign fill, which also takes about an hour and a half. Artists may not be able to work over extensions another artist applied; in that case a removal and a full set are needed.
Touch-ups take 45 minutes and must be booked no more than 10 days after the last service. Lash removal takes 30 minutes.
