Every appointment begins with a built-in consultation. A full lash set takes around two and a half hours, while refills are shorter, and the time needed depends on how full the client's natural lashes are. The room should be quiet, clean, smoke-free and at a comfortable temperature, since the glue is designed to work best around 72 degrees with humidity between 40 and 50 percent. Clients are asked to arrive with a freshly washed face free of makeup, oils and lash glue remover, and to leave children, pets and guests out of the room during the service. Texting is not allowed while lashes are being applied.

Lash Mantis offers Korean lash lifts and a Korean lash lift with tint. The lift uses a cysteamine-based system derived from the amino acid cysteine and finishes with a hydrating conditioning step. The business says a lift keeps lashes curled for about 4 to 6 weeks. Wet lash sets and refills use handmade closed volume fans, and the extensions are synthetic rather than real mink. The business describes its service as premium and luxury mobile lashing.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due right after the service, payable by cash or card. Cash tips are welcomed. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice, while cancelling inside 24 hours forfeits the deposit. If no one answers within 15 minutes of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds are given, but fixes are free if the business is notified within 48 hours. Clients who show signs of sickness are asked to reschedule, and the business may advise postponing in certain medical, pregnancy or lash-condition situations.
