Lash extensions come in classic sets, where one extension is applied to each natural lash, and hybrid volume sets, which are customized in length, curl, weight and fullness for each client. Fullness on classic sets depends on the health of the natural lashes. Refills are booked two, three or four weeks after a previous visit. Established clients with classic or hybrid extensions can book a lighter lash refresh for maintenance between refills, though it does not replace a regular refill. Remaining extensions can be removed with a cream-based remover, and first-time clients whose lashes were done elsewhere get removal at no charge when they book a full set.

The studio also offers keratin lash lifts that lift natural lashes, with a tinted version. According to the studio, a lift lasts up to 8 to 12 weeks, and it recommends rebooking the tinted lift about every two months. Brow lamination changes the direction of brow hairs and includes shaping, and a tinted version also straightens brow hairs and adds color, with brows staying lifted for one to three months. Both brow services are for current clients only.

Booking terms ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients who miss that window are charged a nonrefundable 25% of the service price. Tipping is not expected, required or accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Prices shown are the amount paid, according to the studio.
