Booking requires a $10 deposit, paid through Cash App within 2 hours of booking. Appointments without the deposit are voided. Clients should arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, lash glue and dirt. A $10 cleaning fee applies if lashes are not clean at the appointment.

Fills are only done when about half of the existing lashes remain. Fills are not done over another technician's work, so a removal and a new set are needed in that case. Otherwise a full set is charged. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and the deposit is not refunded. No-shows may not book again. Guests are not permitted at appointments. Music plays during appointments, and clients may bring headphones. Cash and Cash App are accepted.
