Extensions come in three styles. Classic lashes place one extension on each natural lash. American Volume applies two to six fine extensions to each natural lash, and London Volume uses a bolder, larger extension. Full sets and fills are priced separately, and fills are offered in 60- or 90-minute sessions. A lash lift curls natural lashes for roughly six to eight weeks and can be done with tint. Brow shaping, with or without tint, and waxing of the lip, chin or brows are also offered.

Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Late arrivals are charged the full service cost even if the appointment is shortened. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by text, Facebook, email or voicemail; a 50 percent fee applies to shorter notice and a missed appointment is charged in full. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and one last-minute cancellation for illness or a family emergency is allowed. Clients who already have extensions from another artist may need them removed and a new full set applied at full-set pricing. After-hours appointments can be arranged case by case for an extra fee.

Hygiene is part of the routine: hands are washed before and after each client, disposable gloves and masks are worn for every service, tools are disinfected after each use, and surfaces are cleaned between clients with hospital-grade products. Disposable supplies are used whenever possible. Concerns about an application or product can be raised within 72 hours, and a complimentary 30-minute touch-up is offered for those issues. Refunds are not given on services or products. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.
