The business is located in a suite on East Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale. It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Three full-set styles are offered, each appointment taking about two hours. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a natural-looking increase in length and fullness. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume lashes for a wispy, textured finish. Volume sets apply a hand-made fan of three to six lashes to each natural lash for a fuller, more dramatic look.

Lash Lior also sells its own lash sets: a Volume Set of dark-toned volume lashes, a customizable Hybrid Set mixing volume and classic lashes, and a Brown Set of brown lashes.

The business also offers a 30-hour lash technician training course that it says is approved by the Arizona State Board. No license is needed to enroll. The four-day course runs Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is designed to lead to the Arizona state board eyelash extension technician license. Topics include eye anatomy, eye disorders, allergic reactions and contraindications, eye and face shape mapping, lash cycles, infection control, products and ingredients, client consultation, application, removal, fills, aftercare, health and safety, state board rules, pricing, troubleshooting, and marketing. Students receive a learning manual, a mannequin head, a professional brand shoot and a framed certificate of completion.
