The free consultation, about 15 minutes, covers the services on offer, the client's goals and questions, and Liv's recommendations. Full-set extensions let clients choose fullness, length, curl and shape. Brow tints can match natural color or go warmer, cooler or darker, and can color the hairs only or also stain the skin to varying degrees. The portfolio shows classic, wet, volume and cateye lash looks, along with lash lifts and brow lamination with tint or stain.

Deposits are required for every appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but goes toward the cost of the visit. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice moves the deposit to a later date or time, and clients may reschedule only twice in a row. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice count as last-minute cancellations, and the first one is excused. A missed appointment without notice counts as a no-show, and a client must pay half of that appointment before booking again. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
