The menu is built around extension sets at different levels of fullness. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash for a natural look, while a hybrid set mixes single lashes with volume fans for a little more fullness. A volume set uses lighter, fluffier extensions for a fuller look, and mega volume uses six to sixteen very thin extensions per fan for a bolder finish. A wet set gives a mascara-style look, and a New Client Special offers a discounted set for first-time clients.

Fills are offered one, two and three weeks after a set. Each fill has a minimum share of extensions that must still be in place: at least 80 percent for a one-week fill, 60 percent for two weeks and 40 percent for three weeks. Fill visits run longer as the interval grows, starting at 45 minutes for one week and 75 minutes for three weeks. Add-ons include spikes for extra volume, bottom lashes, color and sparkle in stripe or full-layer versions, and decals such as hearts and butterflies. Lash baths and lash removal are also available, and according to the business, extensions come off in about 15 minutes with a special remover.

Deposits are needed to secure an appointment. They are non-refundable but count toward the total cost. Clients are asked to arrive with a makeup-free and oil-free face, to avoid coffee beforehand, to remove contacts, keep phones away and not eat or chew gum during the visit. There is a ten-minute grace period, then a ten-dollar late fee, and appointments more than fifteen minutes late are canceled with the deposit kept. Cancellations made less than 36 hours ahead carry a 40 percent fee, as do no-shows. Clients can text the business to talk through cancellation or rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values and are final sale.
