Full sets range from a Lash Intimacy Express set starting at $75 to a freestyle set starting at $165, which mixes lengths and curls at the artist's creative discretion. New clients book the New Client Full Set, which starts at $100 and includes a consultation. A Teen Special full set starting at $89.99 is available for ages 16 to 18 with a school ID. Fills are priced by style, from a quick Express fill starting at $45 for gaps to a Foreign fill starting at $85 for extensions done by another salon.
Four monthly memberships, from Classic at $120 to Megavolume at $170, each include two fills and 10% off products. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Policies are firm. Services are final and not refundable, including for dissatisfaction, early lash loss or allergic reactions. Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and a 55% cancellation fee applies otherwise. Concerns about a fix must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos, and approved complimentary fixes must be booked within 48 hours at the artist's discretion. Clients with sensitivities should request a patch test at least 48 hours in advance. Fills are accepted only when at least half the extensions remain on each eye, and after four weeks a full set is required. Clients must be 16 or older, with parent permission for those under 18, and one extra guest aged 12 or older may come along.
