Keeping natural lashes healthy is treated as central to every lash service, and the business may decline a lash service depending on the condition of a client's natural lashes or for other safety reasons.
Lash extension services cover classic, wispy, Y-shaped classic, hybrid and volume styles, with full sets and fills scheduled at two week, three week and extended intervals depending on how much lash loss has occurred. The extensions are made from soft poly fiber, and the business states they are cruelty free and never tested on animals. Volume work can be booked as single appointments or as packages of five fills.
Lash lifts can be done with or without tint, and the service ends with a nourishing oil applied to the lashes. Brow services include brow lamination, which shapes and sets brow hairs, adds fullness, helps manage unruly or downward-growing hairs and can make sparse brows look denser; brow tint; and brow wax. Waxing is also offered for the upper lip and chin.
Scheduling runs Tuesday through Saturday, with hours that vary. Appointments are booked by time, so a late arrival ends at the scheduled end time and is charged the full price. No-shows and late cancellations are charged half the scheduled price at the client's next appointment. Children should not attend appointments with clients. eGift cards are available in set amounts or custom amounts.
