Brow services include nanoblading, microblading, powder brows and eyebrow lamination with shaping. Each design is tailored to the client's facial features. Lip blush is a semi-permanent treatment shaped to the client's chosen shade and lip shape.

Lash services cover lash lifts, lash tinting and three extension styles: Classic, 3D Volume and Glam Volume. The studio says its lash lift effect lasts six to eight weeks. Clients with a past allergic reaction to lash extensions can request a patch test by phone or email before booking. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Booking policies require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancelling within 4 hours of an appointment counts as a no-show, and arriving 30 minutes or more late also counts as a no-show, with fees that may apply. Late arrivals may have the service shortened to fit the remaining time. Permanent makeup bookings require a credit card, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients with a previous tattoo or microblading elsewhere must send photos of their unmade brows before booking. Cosmetic tattoos are limited to clients 18 or older, per Florida law. The studio does not offer refunds on services but will try to resolve concerns.

Lash & Ink Academy offers beauty training. The Classic Lash Course, priced at $1200, is designed for beginners and covers lash anatomy, health and safety, isolation and application, lash mapping, adhesive control and client consultation. The Lash Lift Course, priced at $500, is for beginners and beauty professionals and covers lash lift application, shield sizing, lash tinting, and consultation and aftercare. Both courses include a certificate of completion and ongoing mentorship.
