The business says its mission is to empower women, and it describes its products as the highest quality it can source. Lash fills can be booked up to 35 days after the previous visit, and anything longer calls for a new set. For a 3 week fill, at least 35% of extensions should still be in place; for a 2 week fill, 50%; and for a 1 week fill, 70%.

For a visit, clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early with no makeup, debris or oil on their lashes. A $5 lash bath is added if makeup remover or a second lash bath is needed. There is a 15 minute grace period after the start time, after which the appointment may be cancelled. Changes need at least 8 hours' notice, and a 100% service fee applies to no-shows.

Lash extensions and lash lifts carry a guarantee if the client gets in touch within 4 days of the last appointment, with the repair booked within 7 days of the previous visit. Clients who need more than 2 repairs within 6 months may be moved to a different artist or may be judged not a good candidate for extensions. Contact lenses should stay out during application and for 12 to 24 hours afterward.

Payment is due at the time of service and payments are final. Cash, card, Venmo and Apple Pay are accepted, and clients save 3% when paying with cash or Venmo. Refunds and price matches are not offered on lash or brow treatments. Hours run Monday 9:30am to 8pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
