Lash Heaven SD

Lash Heaven SD is located at 2003 S El Camino Real in Oceanside, California 92054. To hold an appointment, clients pay a $50 deposit, and the remaining balance is settled at the visit. Cash is the preferred method, and Venmo and Zelle are also accepted.

The deposit comes with firm timing rules. A booking is cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 15 minutes. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps the deposit refundable or transferable, while later changes forfeit it. The deposit can be moved once to a new date; a second reschedule needs a fresh deposit. Clients who pay in cash may leave a deposit when rescheduling in person, but the first deposit must be made by Venmo or Zelle. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment, and the deposit may not be returned. A no-show forfeits the deposit, and the client must pay the full service price to rebook.

Before a visit, clients are asked to come with no eye makeup and clean lashes. Lash baths are not offered. Coffee and energy drinks are best avoided beforehand, and a restroom stop before the appointment is recommended. Children and extra guests are not permitted in the room, and phone use should be kept to a minimum, with no texting or calls during the appointment.

Clients who have flu-type symptoms, fever, cough, a stye, pink eye, allergies, lice or COVID-type symptoms are asked to cancel or reschedule rather than attend.
