Appointments are booked online. After booking, clients pay a $20 non-refundable deposit through Cash App or Venmo. Some lash appointments require that the client has kept 60% of their previous extensions, so anyone unsure whether they qualify should check with their lash technician first.
The lash menu runs from a classic mink set, where one extension goes on each natural lash, to hybrid sets that mix classic and volume placement across the lash line. The volume options include Isis fans, a Mega volume style that uses fans and finer lashes for density while staying more natural than Russian volume, and a Free Hand set where the artist designs the look and the visit can run longer. Fills are available for all of these styles, and extras such as additional color lashes, bottom lashes, lash fans, a lash bath and extension removal can be added.
For brows, the menu includes threading, a henna tint that colors both the hairs and the skin beneath and is described as lasting up to two weeks on the skin and six weeks on the hair, and a combined threading and tint. Eyebrow lamination with tint is also offered. A 60-minute massage is listed at $130.
Lash Guru also offers a one-on-one Classic Lash Extension Course, an eight-hour class held over two days. Day one covers sanitation, removal, materials, sourcing lashes and social media advertising, followed by practice on a manikin. Day two is practice on a live model the student brings. Students receive a certificate, materials for servicing 20 to 30 clients, a practice manikin and a review packet.
Styles range from natural-looking single-extension sets to denser volume builds, and some looks are shaped between the client and the artist.
