Lash & Glow began as a lash setup in the corner of a hair salon under owner Sasha, and grew into a studio of its own at 103 4th Street, #330, in downtown Castle Rock. Today it is a shared space where independent estheticians and lash artists each run their own practice, with their own pricing, policies and services.

Services are grouped under lashes, brows and waxing, with tinting listed alongside. Lash work covers classic, hybrid and volume extensions, lash extension removal, and both traditional and Korean lash lifts. Brow services include lamination, lamination with tint, tint, mapping and shaping, and two waxing options for brows. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, back, chest, stomach, legs, toes and the bikini area, and the studio uses hard wax, soft wax or a mix depending on the service and the client's skin type and sensitivity.

Before a lash extension appointment, clients are asked to come with no eye makeup, no contact lenses and clean lashes, and to skip caffeine beforehand. Extensions are faux mink, a synthetic fiber; real mink is not used. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and count as a fill while at least 40 percent of the lashes remain. Removal is done with gel or left to shed naturally, and clients are asked not to remove extensions at home. If an extension set was applied at the studio and a client has an adhesive reaction, removal is free.

Waxing needs hair at least a quarter inch long, and clients should wait seven to ten days after shaving. Waxing is not offered to clients who are taking or have recently taken Accutane, or to those with an active herpes outbreak, sunburn, a recent chemical peel, retinol use, or open lesions or inflammatory skin conditions in the treatment area. Lash lift clients come in without makeup on the lids or under the eyes, including concealer and foundation, and should avoid steam, water, oils, creams and mascara for 24 hours afterward.

The studio is a good base for experienced beauty professionals too: room rentals, part time or full time, are offered to those with an established portfolio, with 24/7 access, utilities and wifi included, free client parking, storage and a shared break room. Prices differ by provider, so the booking page is the place to check current rates. Clients can join a provider's waitlist when no suitable time is open and the studio will contact them if a spot opens, and appointments are rescheduled or cancelled through the confirmation email. The studio says it prioritizes natural lash health and describes its extensions as damage-free, avoiding any set that natural lashes cannot handle.
