Lash Glow describes its eyelash extensions as personalized and premium. The salon says its technicians are trained and customize each set to the individual client, with the aim of building trust through attentive service.

Extensions typically last four to six weeks, until the natural lashes shed, and the salon recommends a refill every two to three weeks. The salon states that extensions do not damage natural lashes.

Appointments are required and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on or around the eye area and to avoid oil-based removers and moisturizers around the eyes beforehand. Refills of extensions started at other salons are accepted when at least 30 percent of the existing extensions remain, and are priced to match the four-week refill rate, varying with lash material and fullness.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late without contacting the salon are canceled and recorded as no-shows, and clients more than 10 minutes late may still be seen depending on the schedule. A first no-show requires a $25 deposit toward the next booking, and later no-shows require a deposit equal to the booked service price. After three no-shows, future appointments are no longer accepted. Online booking may be disabled after repeated violations, with phone or text booking still available.

Pasadena is open 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday. San Gabriel is open 10 AM to 7 PM Monday, Wednesday through Saturday, and Sunday, and closed Tuesday. The phone number (626) 899-8262 serves both locations. Cash and major credit and debit cards are accepted, with a $2 processing fee on card payments. Checks and Zelle are not accepted for final payment at the studio.
