Lash work is the core of the studio, with a focus on wispy sets and an aim to protect natural lash health. Styles range from natural to dramatic, including wispy and cat-eye looks, across wet classic, classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions. Full sets take up to 2 hours and 30 minutes and fills take up to 75 minutes. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and extensions can be worn up to 4 weeks with proper care. The studio says application does not hurt and does not damage natural lashes when done properly.
Facial and skin treatments include a customized 60-minute Glowsentials Facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, serum and moisturizer. Other options are diamond microdermabrasion and a 60-minute hydro-dermabrasion done on the Omega Peel 2 machine. DMK Enzyme Therapy, also called the Dragon Facial, is a 90-minute session that includes a 30-day skincare kit and is recommended in at least three monthly treatments. Peels are offered as single treatments or series of three or more with an aftercare kit, including a 5 Berry peel for pigmentation and sun-damaged skin and an oxygen peel. Add-on boosters include a hydrojelly masque, LED light therapy and Nano Infusion.
Booking policies: cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, otherwise 50% of booked services is charged to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-call, no-show with the same charge. Product purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused, while performed services are not refunded. Lash touch-ups are free within 3 days of a previous appointment. The $159 monthly lash membership includes two fills per month, 30% off skin treatments and 10% off lash and skin care products.
