Full sets run from $140 for a classic application, taking about an hour and a half, to $185 for a full volume set, which takes about two hours and fifteen minutes. A hybrid full set, which combines volume and classic extensions, is $175 and takes two hours. Classic-to-hybrid transitions are $110 and take one hour and fifty minutes.

Fill-ins are offered at two and three week intervals in each style. Classic fill-ins are $70 for two weeks and $80 for three weeks, taking about an hour and fifteen minutes. Hybrid fill-ins are $85 and $90 and take an hour and a half to two hours. Volume fill-ins are $95 and $100, taking up to two hours. A fill-in needs at least half of the extensions still in place; otherwise the visit is changed to a full set. After four weeks without a fill, a full set is required.

Lash removal is $25 for extensions not applied by the artist and takes about 30 minutes. Removal of extensions applied by the artist also takes 30 minutes, though the price is not listed. A $5 lash shampoo, a gentle wash that helps lashes stay on, is available as an add-on.

Bookings are made through the business's GlossGenius booking site, which replaced its earlier booking page. A nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required at booking. Clients are asked to arrive with a bare face, without makeup. Children and extra guests are not allowed at appointments. There is a 15-minute grace period, a $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments are rescheduled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or a $35 late cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged the full service price and blocked from booking. Services are not offered to clients with a stye or pink eye until the infection has cleared. The artist does not work over other technicians' lash work and may decline any service. Prices are subject to change, and questions or requests for times not shown online can be sent by email or text to the artist.
