Lash Espresso

Lash Espresso was founded by Svetlana and operates two private studios in New York City, one on Madison Avenue and one downtown on Broadway. Because each studio is a private suite, the salon works by appointment only and does not take walk-ins.

The core service is the Keratin Lash Lift, which lifts and separates natural lashes to add length and volume. It takes about an hour and uses a keratin-based formula that the salon describes as non-damaging. A natural-look lift is available, and the Premium Keratin Lash Lift also tints the lashes black. The salon says the lift can be performed on all lashes regardless of length or strength, and it offers an extra dramatic method that lifts straight up from the base of the lash.

Brow services center on Brow Lamination, which semi-permanently redirects brow hair to smooth unruly or thinning brows and lift them upward. It can be combined with optional brow shaping and tinting, and the salon suggests it for brows that are stubborn or do not stay in place. Prices and services may change.

Lash extension removal is handled with a gel solution that breaks the adhesive bond to the natural lash, and takes about 30 minutes for $50. Clients are asked not to remove extensions at home.

A first visit begins with a consultation on lash education and planning the desired style, and every service is customized to the client. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, with clean lashes and contacts removed, and to come five minutes early to complete the client indemnity form. Only the client may attend appointments, and children cannot be accommodated in the studio. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show with a fee. Services are not refundable, but a complimentary fix is offered for a service issue within three days of the appointment.
