The studio offers three extension styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash in black or brown for a natural look. Hybrid blends Classic and Volume extensions, also in black or brown. Volume fans two to seven lightweight extensions onto each natural lash, and the business describes it as its most popular service. Full sets are applied without lash counting, so the number of lashes is not limited. Mega Volume is not offered.

New clients get a complimentary consultation that covers style options and whether extensions from another salon can be built on or need to be removed first. Clients without prior extensions are advised to have a patch test during that visit. A look is then customized for each client, and if the artist sees damage to natural lashes or extensions that are too heavy, the length or weight is adjusted.

Touch-ups are available at one, two, three and four weeks for each style. Touch-ups are typically needed every two to three weeks, and with proper care the adhesive lasts about six to eight weeks. Lash Den also sells a foaming cleanser made for extension wearers, along with oil-free, extension-friendly mascara and eyeliner.

Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Booked durations are 150 minutes for Classic full sets, 165 minutes for Hybrid and 180 minutes for Volume. Full sets require a deposit of $50 for Classic and Hybrid or $75 for Volume. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead carry no penalty, while changes within 24 hours incur a 50% fee and changes or no-shows within 4 hours incur the full fee. Late arrivals may have shortened services and are still charged the full price. Concerns raised within 72 hours may receive a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up if the issue came from application or product, and there are no refunds on services or products.

Each set is built around a consultation and adjusted to suit the client's natural lashes. The studio focuses on protecting natural lashes and eye health for as long as extensions are worn.
