Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic full sets start at $150 and take about two and a quarter hours, hybrid full sets mix volume and classic lashes, and volume full sets are offered as well. Mega Full extensions, priced at $325, use several finer lashes on each natural lash and are applied only by Master Stylists. Prices for hybrid and volume sets vary by stylist tier, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. The salon says about 20% of lashes shed over two weeks, which is why it keeps refills and mini touch-ups on the calendar.

Stylists are rated Talent, Elite, or Master. Talent stylists have completed the Advanced Lash'd Out Training Program and have one to five years of experience. Elite stylists typically have five or more years of experience and have met requirements for specific advanced lash techniques. Master stylists are the highest level, and many teach within the salon and across the region.

Beyond lashes, the menu includes lash lifts that curl natural lashes for about four to six weeks, with optional tinting, as well as brow tinting, brow lamination, and microblading. Brow lamination is priced at $125 and takes about an hour. Microblading starts at $500 for the first session, with a $100 touch-up recommended about eight weeks later. Waxing covers brows, lip or chin, and full face, and is offered separately from microblading.

For a first visit, new clients should plan on a full set appointment of about two hours. Fills take about an hour and extended fills about an hour and a half. Hours are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and the salon is closed on Sundays. A card on file is requested at booking, or a 20% deposit can be paid with the balance due after service. Changes or cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are free, while changes within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service. No-call and no-show appointments are charged in full, and arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Appointments cannot be extended for lateness. Payment is due at completion and can be made by cash, check, Venmo, or credit card.

Lash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic fibers applied one at a time to each natural lash. Stylists shape each set to the client, from soft and fluttery to dense and dramatic, with lash health in mind.
