Lash Couture

Lash Couture books all visits by schedule only, so clients reserve a time in advance and are asked to arrive on time. Appointments fall under three groupings: full sets, refills and removal. Booking requires a deposit, and by booking or confirming an appointment, clients agree to the salon's written policies.

Rescheduling depends on timing. Changes made more than 24 hours ahead can be moved to a new time, with the deposit carried toward the final amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit is not refunded. Lateness also affects the visit: arriving 5 minutes late shortens the appointment and may mean the completed look cannot be guaranteed, while arriving 8 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. Missed appointments without notice are treated the same way, and the client cannot book again.

Some appointment times fall outside regular hours. The listed after-hours times are 9:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., and these carry an additional $25 fee. Clients booking after-hours times text the salon first to confirm availability. Gift certificates can be purchased, and products and packages are offered through the online booking page.
