Lash Club is run by Courtney Phan and has two locations: a suite in Richmond on South Peek Road and a Houston studio on Westheimer Road. The business says it has a community of more than 5,000 lash clients on Instagram, and a Fresha listing for the Houston location shows a 4.875 rating from 32 votes.

Lash extensions come in three set styles: wet, hybrid and volume. A full set takes about an hour, or about 1 hour 15 minutes for volume. Fills booked 11 to 25 days after the last appointment cost less than a full set, and a one-week fill booked 3 to 10 days after the last visit takes about 45 minutes. Fills booked more than 25 days out are charged as a full set. Lash removal takes about 30 minutes.

Appointments require a card on file, and the cancellation and no-show policies are firm: no-call or no-show visits are charged in full, same-day cancellations incur half the service price, and a client who arrives more than 15 minutes late has the appointment canceled. Reschedules need to be requested at least 12 hours ahead. Refunds are not given, but clients who are unhappy are asked to contact the salon within 24 hours. Under the lash warranty, extreme lash loss can be addressed with a complimentary fix booked within 48 hours.

Clients coming from another lash provider need a consultation before a refill. If a refill can't be done, removal is free with a full set. The salon recommends booking the next refill every two to three weeks. Phone use is kept to a minimum during sessions. To book, call (281) 637-0290.
