Lash Cat Beautique offers lash extensions in three styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume application for a thicker, denser look. Volume sets place a fan of two to six individual false lashes on each natural lash for a more dramatic result.

Clients can book either a full set or a fill. A fill is for lashes that already have extensions, and it depends on enough of the existing extensions remaining, usually 40 to 50 percent. It also needs to be booked within two to three weeks of the last service. If too few extensions remain, the studio may recommend a full set instead.

The studio also offers a lash lift, a semi-permanent treatment that lifts natural lashes from the root. It uses no leave-on chemicals and involves no extensions.

Clients are asked to arrive on time and without makeup, including mascara and any residual lash glue. Lashes should be clean before the appointment, since technicians are not responsible for cleaning lashes that were not cleaned beforehand. Extra cleaning time can shorten the service time. Text messages are the preferred way to reach the studio, as phone calls may go unanswered during appointments. Clients should give accurate contact details when booking, because confirmations are sent the day before.
