Lash services range from a half set, where extensions go on every other natural lash, to a mega volume set in which a fan of four to six extensions is applied to one natural lash. Refills are offered at two- and three-week intervals, and an allergy test on eight to ten lashes is checked after 24 hours before a first set. Previous extensions can be removed for a separate fee. Lash lifts, with or without tint, curl natural lashes through a semi-permanent chemical treatment.

Brow services include waxing for shape, semi-permanent tinting, and lamination, a chemical treatment that lays brow hairs flat and straight. Permanent makeup is available for brows, using powder and Nano-Hairstroke techniques, for the lash line in dark brown or black, and for lips, where shape and color are chosen with the client. Brow and lip work begins with a consultation and an outline. Touch-ups are booked four to eight weeks after the first visit, with a later appointment at twelve to twenty months.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied toward the service total. New clients booking certain lash sets pay a set deposit. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 35% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Work is done one-on-one in a private studio, with a consultation and outline before permanent makeup and an allergy test before a first lash set.
