Lash & Brow Lab is an appointment-only studio in Miami, Florida, where each visit is reserved for a single client and walk-ins are not accepted. The exact address is sent once an appointment has been confirmed.

Treatments start with the look the client has in mind and the natural shape of their lashes and brows. Finishes are personalized to the client, and the studio gives guidance on keeping the look between visits.

The lash lift and brow lamination results are said to last about 6 to 8 weeks, according to the studio's Square listing. Henna brows color the brow hairs and stain the skin, with the skin color lasting up to 2 to 4 weeks and the hair color lasting longer. Brow Tint Retouch refreshes faded brow color for eligible returning clients who have had a brow tint before.

The studio takes a deposit to hold a booking. It is non-refundable and goes toward the service balance. A booking is not final until availability is approved, the deposit has been paid and the studio sends a confirmation. Cancelling or moving an appointment requires at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving late may mean rebooking with a fresh deposit. Guests are asked to come in with lashes and brows that are cleansed, with no makeup on them and no products containing oil.

The studio's Lab Rewards program gives a 25% discount on an eligible service at the sixth eligible visit after five completed visits. A friend referral gives $10 off a new client's first eligible service and a $10 reward to the referring client once that appointment is completed.

Each treatment is built around the client's desired look and their natural lashes and brows, with personalized finishes and aftercare guidance.
