Lash extensions attach individual synthetic or mink lashes to each natural lash. An appointment takes about an hour and a half while the client lies on a bed. Sets with fewer than 25 extensions per eye are booked as full sets, and fills after 4 weeks are also booked as full sets. Each 15 minutes of fill time adds $15, according to the booking page.

Microblading places semi-permanent pigment in fine, hair-like strokes on and around the brows for a fuller look. A session runs about 2.5 to 3 hours including design and numbing, and a touch-up about 4 to 6 weeks later takes 1 to 2 hours. PhiBrows is a manual semi-permanent technique in which the brow shape is calculated from facial proportions using the golden ratio of 1.618. PhiBrows pigments are made by PhiAcademy. Permanent makeup takes at least two sessions to finish, a third session may cost extra starting at $50, and work redone after 18 months is charged at full price including two sessions. Brows done by another artist may carry an extra cost. Clients who have had brows done elsewhere email a photo before booking, and corrections are offered on a limited basis.

Colour is said to stay close to the original for up to 3 years, lightening over time until a colour boost session is needed. The business says cosmetic tattoos will not turn unwanted colours over time. Permanent makeup is not started until the client is happy with the final design. Clients must be 18 or older for cosmetic tattooing. Cosmetic tattooing is not done during pregnancy or nursing, or within one year of taking Accutane. Botox in the past 2 weeks, active acne in the treatment area, and eczema or psoriasis near the area are reasons to postpone. Microblading is not recommended for oily skin or large pores. Informed consent paperwork is required and can be completed before the appointment.

The studio uses sterile, single-use needles, cartridges and disposables and covers non-disposable equipment with barrier film. It is cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade products before and after each session. The space has heated beds, candles and snacks. A deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is paid at the appointment by cash or major credit or debit card. Clients are asked not to arrive early or bring others, and to call or text when they reach the parking lot.

The studio aims for a polished look and confidence for each guest. It uses sterile single-use supplies and hospital-grade disinfection before and after each session.
