A typical appointment runs about one to one and a half hours depending on the set, and retouches of smaller sets can be shorter. Because extensions are usually refreshed every two to three weeks, some clients return weekly.

The salon describes its technicians as its most experienced staff, trained over many years. Clients can call the front desk with questions about their extensions. Beyond the first visit, the team gives aftercare guidance: keep lashes dry for 24 hours, avoid sweating, saunas, hot yoga and steam rooms for 48 hours, wear no makeup before the appointment, and use only oil-free remover and no mascara or lash curler afterward.
