Clients book a time slot online so they don't wait in a waiting room, and gift cards can be bought online year-round.

A first extension visit starts with a consultation covering the products, the styles available, how tools are disinfected, and any questions. Before application, gel pads are placed under the lashes and the natural lashes are cleaned with a primer. Extensions are placed alternating between the eyes, working from the outer corners toward the inner corners. The style suggested depends on the health of the client's natural lashes and the look they want.

Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks because natural lashes shed, and usually take 75 to 90 minutes depending on the current extensions. A fill must be booked within 3 weeks of the previous lash appointment and no more than 21 days after it. If at least half of the extensions remain, a fill can be done; below that, a full set is required. Before an extension visit, clients should avoid eye makeup, mascara and lash curlers. Aftercare includes washing the extensions two to three times a day with the salon's lash wash, combing lashes daily, and avoiding oil-based products and eye masks.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; with less notice, 50% of the reserved service amount is charged. Late arrivals are not charged but the appointment may be shortened, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means full satisfaction with the result cannot be guaranteed. Arriving more than 25 minutes late counts as a no-show, as does a no-call, and the full service amount is charged in both cases.
