Appointments are by appointment only and booked online, with a $25 hold placed on the card at booking. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice by text to avoid a charge, and the hold is taken for no-shows or late cancellations. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled and must be rescheduled. The studio says it quotes the price before booking, and that time is blocked for the work each service needs. Full lash sets take 90 to 120 minutes depending on style, fills take up to an hour, and brow services begin with mapping so the client can approve the shape before work starts.

Lash styles range from Classic singles and Wet Set to Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume, which is the boldest set offered and needs no mascara. A Korean Lash Lift & Tint curls and tints natural lashes without extensions, and its results last about six weeks. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks for most clients, and a fill needs at least 40% of the extensions remaining or the full set price applies.

Waxing offers 19 services across face, body and bikini, performed by two licensed waxers with five years of experience between them. Hard wax is used on all sensitive areas. Waxing is postponed for clients who have been on Accutane in the past six months, and is rescheduled after sunburn or a fresh spray tan until at least 24 hours have passed. Spray tans are airbrushed and blended to each client's skin tone, with a standard rapid formula or a sweat resistant one.

The studio says each lash set is custom shaped to the client's eye shape, routine and desired look, and that appointments are unhurried with time set aside for the work.
