The studio began when owner Roxana Luevano rented a private room after starting out at a salon run by someone else. Roxana has worked in the beauty industry since 2004 and has a background in professional makeup artistry.

Visits are booked online, with a deposit required at booking and the balance due on the day of service. A debit or credit card is needed to book. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations carry a 50% charge, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a same-day cancellation. Phone contact is by text only.

Lash hours run Monday to Thursday from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Early bird and night owl hours are available on request for an extra $50, and a before and after hours fee of $50 is arranged directly with the studio.

After a set, clients are asked to keep eyes dry for 24 hours and avoid steam, sweat and strong heat such as ovens. Cleaning daily with an oil-free makeup remover and extension-safe mascara helps, and a fill every 2 to 3 weeks covers natural lashes that have shed.

Fan styles are matched to how many natural lashes a client has, from soft natural fluff to dense, dramatic mega volume.
