The lash menu covers light, volume and mega volume sets and fills, wispy or wet styles, lash lifts, bottom lashes and house call appointments, which carry a fee of $100 or more depending on location. Fills within 7 days of a set are priced as a weekly fill, while fills after that are treated as a regular 2 to 3 week fill. Brow work includes brow lamination with tweeze clean-up, ombre powder brows, nano brows done with a single-needle machine, and combo brows that pair hair-like strokes at the front with shading through the body of the brow. Ombre powder brows are semi-permanent and typically fade over one to three years, so touch-ups are offered at intervals from 6 to 8 weeks up to 19 to 36 months, plus a phase 2 appointment for shape and color correction.

Lip blush is offered as a full PMU session, a color refresh that adds two passes of existing color, and touch-ups at 8 to 10 weeks or after two or more years. Color correction for red, green, grey or blue pigment is available as a first phase. UNDO non-laser tattoo removal covers brow, small and medium tattoos, with exact pricing for small and medium tattoos given after a photo is sent.

The studio is open Monday and Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 8 am to 7 pm and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm, and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Squeeze-in appointments are available for $30 more than the original service price. A one-on-one lash refresher session is offered to address lashing problems such as isolation, placement, fan making, mapping and texturizing, and includes a mini kit, a student discount on future items and lifetime mentorship. Refunds are not given for services or technique courses, and problems with a service must be reported within 24 hours to avoid additional fees.

Each appointment is planned around the individual client, with the owner aiming for a refined, personalized result that suits each client's features and style.
