Lash Art LA is a lash and beauty studio with locations in Burbank and North Hollywood. Founder Ashley Andrews opened the North Hollywood studio after six years working as a lash artist. The menu covers lash extensions, permanent makeup, skin treatments, Oxygen Fusion Facial and tooth gems. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm, with Tuesday closed.

Every service is by appointment, booked online, by phone or by text. A deposit of $50 to $75 is due at booking, depending on the service, and an online deposit invoice must be paid within 12 hours or the booking is cancelled. Reminder emails go out 72, 48 and 24 hours ahead when an email address is on file. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes, and to avoid waterproof mascara for at least three days before. Children are not permitted at appointments. A full lash set takes about one to two hours, and the first full set is booked as two hours to include a consultation and the next refill. Refills take about 45 to 90 minutes. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, while Russian volume fans two to eight onto each one. Extensions are applied with the studio's own adhesive and custom tweezers, and a silicone mascara wand is provided at each visit. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine four to five hours beforehand and to use only water-based makeup and remover made for extensions. A lash fill from another salon is booked as its own option when at least 35% of the existing extensions remain; below that, the visit is charged as a new full set.

Permanent makeup appointments take about two to two and a half hours and include a five to six week touch-up. The studio uses single-use sealed needles and sterilized trays and instruments. Clients with prior permanent makeup need a free consultation before booking, and brows with a previous tattoo done elsewhere carry an extra fee for color correction. Permanent makeup is not offered to anyone under 18, and the studio accepts cash and major credit cards for these appointments. Microneedling is described by the studio as non-invasive with little to no downtime. It can be repeated every four to six weeks, and scar and stretch mark treatments require a consultation first. It is not offered to clients who have used Accutane in the last three months, have open wounds, have had radiation skin treatment in the past year, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of keloid scarring.

Oxygen Fusion Facial uses a pressurized oxygen stream to deliver a customized peel along with a blend of vitamin, botanical, amino acid, mineral and antioxidant ingredients. The studio describes it as suitable for all skin types and as having no major risks. Tooth gems are bonded to the enamel without drilling and can be removed. The studio says they are not harmful to teeth, and it states that crystals last six to 24 months while gold and diamond gems last six to 12 months. Options range from a single application to custom 22K gold and 18K white gold gems and disco ball style gems.

The studio also offers lash training, with private and small group classes capped at three to four students. Classic lash certification costs $1,200 for a group or $1,850 for private training, and volume lash certification costs $750 for a group or $950 for private training. Classic and volume are taught as separate courses, each with hands-on practice on live models, a kit and a certificate of completion. One-on-one refresher courses cost $150 per hour, with a two-hour minimum and five-hour maximum, and are open only to certified classic eyelash technicians.
