The studio was built from the ground up by founder and owner Schalon Gonzales as a lash boutique in McKinney. Schalon performs the Lynk-Gel Lash System personally, and the salon states that the service is available only at this location in McKinney.

Each visit starts with a consultation so the set can be shaped to the client's eye shape and lash goals. Lash services usually take about 60 to 120 minutes depending on the style. The work takes place in a private, clean studio. Clients who are sensitive to adhesives can ask for gentler options, and they are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.

Extension styles range from Classic (1D) and Hybrid (2D-3D) through Y Lashes, Volume (3D-5D) and Mega Volume (6D+). Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by calling or texting the salon. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

Each set is customized after a consultation, and pricing follows the service itself rather than being counted per lash or per hour.
