A visit takes place in a private, quiet room where clients sit in a fully reclined chair for every service. Appointments run on time and are not double-booked, so each client gets focused attention. A deposit secures a booking and is applied to the total, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. A patch test is recommended 24 to 48 hours before a visit for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies. Aftercare instructions are given after every service, and appointment requests and contact messages are answered within 24 hours.

Lash extension options include a Classic NovaMinx set with one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets, and Novalash volume sets in America and London styles, which use handcrafted fans of very fine extensions.
