The studio started as a one-person operation in a small rented room and grew into a full studio through word of mouth from clients who kept coming back. Mel built it from that start and is listed as the owner.

New clients fill out a short intake and consent form before their first visit. First-time lash clients begin with a full set, and anyone already wearing extensions books a fill. Fill Extra Time can be added to fills booked more than three weeks after the last set, adding 15 to 30 minutes.

Lash services range from colored lashes and bottom lashes to classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets, with lash lifts and tints for natural lashes. Brow services cover waxing, tinting and shaping, lamination, and microblading. Staff speak Spanish, and the studio is open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, closed Sunday.

Prices are set to be fair, and the studio keeps its focus on lashes and brows.
