The studio focuses on individual lash extensions, which are synthetic lashes applied one at a time to a client's natural lashes.

Classic and volume describe how dense or dark a set looks. Volume+ adds more darkness by combining closed and open fans for dimension. Style, length, volume and diameter are chosen at the appointment based on eye shape, eye size and what the client prefers, and every set is customized to the client's eyes. The studio uses handmade lash sets and says it works only with the highest quality products available. Sensitive adhesives are offered as an option, and the studio says its adhesives support the safety, longevity and strength of the extensions and that the extensions do not damage natural lashes when applied and used properly. Patch tests are available on request.

Extensions typically last up to 6 weeks, with fill appointments every 2 to 3 weeks. How long they last depends on lifestyle and the natural hair cycle. A refill is needed once more than half of the extensions have shed, and a visit only counts as a refill if at least 40% of the extensions remain. Refill appointments take 30 to 90 minutes. Appointments are described as calm and therapeutic. Clients may wear eyeliner and eyeshadow, but makeup around the eyes should be removed with an oil-free remover. Mascara, perms and heated or clamp curlers are not recommended on extensions.

The studio has served clients from 16 to 74 years old, and extensions suit anyone with natural lashes, including people who wear glasses or contact lenses. For aspiring lash artists, Lash AnaLyst offers a two-day beginner group course with live instruction and up to six days of guided practice, one-on-one private training, and a full-day Alpha to Omega course covering classic and volume lashes with 6 to 8 hours of hands-on practice. Group seats cost $1,150 and private 1:1 training costs $1,500. Training covers starting a lash business, including business structure, insurance, client contracts, pricing, licensing and bookkeeping, and enrollment includes lifetime mentorship from Ana Romanovsky. Booth rental is available for lash artists working in the studio.
