The studio also offers lash lifts and removal of existing extensions.

Appointments are timed to each client rather than set to one fixed slot, and a consultation is held before a first appointment. New clients can book an intro price on the Whisper YY Set or a full new-client set. Pricing ranges from $99 for the intro Whisper YY Set to $250 for the Obsession Set in volume style, with a $15 removal and a $45 touch-up fill for existing clients. Lash lifts are $85 and last roughly six to eight weeks, and a return visit is suggested to process new growth.

Some sets require a deposit for new clients: $20 for the Enchanted and Obsession sets and $10 for lash lifts. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients arriving late get a 10-minute grace period, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee. Photos may be taken after a visit to show how much retention remains and whether a fill is needed. Clients are asked not to pick, pull or rub their lashes between visits.
