The studio offers classic, volume and mega extension sets, each a two-hour appointment. The classic set is unlimited in any length, the volume set provides full volume and coverage in any style, and the mega set combines handmade volume fans and spikes with different curls and diameters, plus wispy freestyle lashes.

Clients return for fills about every two weeks. A fill requires at least 40 percent of the extensions to still be present on each eye, and if more than three weeks have passed since the last visit, a full set must be booked instead. Outside lash work is not accepted for fills.

For lighter looks, the studio offers a 20-minute Quick Fix cluster application, and a 10-minute cluster removal that includes a free lash bath. Extension removal takes about 30 minutes and includes a bubbling lash cleanse.

Visits are for the client alone, so additional guests, including children, family and friends, are not permitted. Clients should arrive without eye makeup or contact lenses. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a late fee may apply. Clients more than 30 minutes late need to text to reschedule, and same-day changes are also handled by text.
