Brow tinting and waxing are offered alongside, and a lash removal and cleanse is available for clients who want existing extensions taken off without a new set.
Not every client is a candidate for classic sets, and the studio takes the natural lashes, skin conditions and current medications into account. Waxing has similar screening based on skin sensitivity, skin condition, medical history and medications. Clients are asked to share any allergies, medications, questions or concerns before an appointment, and to arrive with clean lashes and no contact lenses.
New clients provide a credit card on file and a 50 percent deposit for services, plus a $10 deposit for lash removal. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and requests outside regular hours carry a $20 surcharge. Guests, pets and children are not permitted at appointments. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 7 PM, Tuesday from 12:30 to 4 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on weekends.
