Every new client begins with a free consultation, which can be in person, by phone or as a virtual visit. A live consultation is required before any treatment is chosen. During that visit goals, skin or body, timeline and budget are reviewed, and a personalized plan is built. Packages, bundles and treatment plans are reviewed at the same time, and pricing depends on the treatment, area, package and goals. First-time visitors may need to bring a valid photo ID and complete forms beforehand.

Injectables include Botox, Xeomin, Juvéderm filler and a combined Botox and Xeomin option. Filler options cover lips, cheeks, facial contouring, and lines such as marionette lines and nasolabial folds.

Treatments are elective and are not covered by public or private insurance, though financing and payment options are available to eligible patients. Tipping is not required.
