Every visit starts with a free consultation, which can be booked online, by phone or as an in-person clinic visit. A live consultation is required before any treatment is chosen. During it, a treatment specialist reviews goals, answers questions and helps build a personalized plan, and several treatments can be discussed in one visit. Plans take skin, body, timeline and budget into account. Appointments are recommended over walk-ins, and clients are asked to bring a valid photo ID; first-time visitors may need to complete forms beforehand. Appointments can be changed through the LaserAway app or by contacting the clinic.

Services span laser hair removal, injectables such as Botox, Xeomin and Juvéderm filler, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, tattoo removal and wellness injections. Pricing depends on the treatment, area, package and goals, and is confirmed at consultation. Packages and bundles are often offered, and financing and payment options are available to eligible patients. Treatments are elective and are not covered by public or private insurance.

Each plan is customized around skin type, ink colors, tattoo depth and the level of fading wanted. Full removal aims to clear visible ink and suits black or dark ink on older tattoos, while cover-up work lightens existing ink to create a clean base for new artwork and often takes fewer sessions. LaserAway does not offer tattoo removal on the face. Results vary with tattoo location, age and color, and skin pigmentation.

LaserAway's treatments are carried out by licensed medical professionals who work under the company's clinical protocols and complete training specific to each treatment.
