Consultations are usually held by phone, with in-person options when needed. Treatments are personalized and sessions are kept consistent, with the emphasis on longer-term results rather than quick fixes. Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro, or a consultation can be requested over WhatsApp. Between laser sessions, shaving is fine, but waxing or plucking should be avoided.

For ongoing laser work, memberships cover all selected laser areas in one monthly session, starting around $299 per month with a one-time $50 enrollment fee. Pre-designed memberships offer up to 40% savings, and custom memberships covering at least two areas receive 25% off the total. Six- and twelve-session packages are available as a one-time purchase for clients who prefer not to join a membership. Members also get priority booking and 10% off extras such as tattoo removal and lashes.

Some appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking, and deposits are non-refundable. At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
