A first visit starts with a free consultation of about 20 minutes. During that visit an aesthetician applies a test spot to see how the skin reacts to the laser, and clients wait 24 hours after the test spot before their first appointment. New clients are asked to complete intake forms online and arrive 5 minutes early. For chemical peels, the aesthetician compounds and selects the formula after the free consultation.

Laser hair removal is the core service, sold as 8-10 session packages because the business says that number is needed to treat hair across all growth cycles. Packages are grouped by area size. The small-area package covers the upper lip, chin, sideburns and underarms; the medium-area package covers the bikini line, lower arms, neck and shoulders; and the large-area package covers full legs, full back, chest and full arms. The business also treats many other areas on request and asks clients to call about any area not listed. Treatment time is under 10 minutes for the upper lip and 45-60 minutes for full legs or back. Light peels are typically 4-6 sessions and Jessner peels 2-4 sessions, with light flaking for 1-3 days after a light peel and peeling for 5-7 days after a Jessner peel.

Rejuvapen microneedling uses a nine-needle tip to make micro-channels in the skin, and a serum with growth factors and hyaluronic acid is applied afterward. A topical numbing cream goes on about 30 minutes before a 45-minute session. Treatments are usually a series of 3-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6-12 months. Mild redness similar to a sunburn is expected for 12-24 hours, and makeup can be applied after 24 hours. The device is listed as FDA-cleared.
