Laser hair removal is the core of the menu, covering the face, body and bikini areas. Individual areas are priced separately, and multi-session packs of 3, 6 and 9 sessions are available at a lower cost per session. The spa uses a Cynosure Apogee Elite laser, which has a 1064 Nd:YAG wavelength for darker skin types and a 755 Alexandrite wavelength for lighter skin types. A cooling system is used to reduce discomfort during treatments, and numbing cream can be bought for use before them.

The skincare menu includes the Fire and Ice Facial, the Signature Enzyme Facial, dermaplaning, microneedling of the face and of the neck and chest, VI Peels, and a Skinceuticals pigment peel offered as a series of three. Ingrown hair removal is also offered, and the salon says laser is the most effective way to deal with ingrown hairs.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a fee applies: $25 for appointments under 30 minutes, $50 for 30 minutes to an hour, and $100 for appointments blocked off for longer than an hour. Appointments can be rescheduled by calling or texting at least 24 hours ahead.

The salon describes its laser hair removal as safe and effective and says it is much less painful than waxing. Treatments are performed by a trained medical professional or aesthetician, and the salon says laser works best on dark hair and light skin, with other hair colors and skin types considered after a consultation.
