A visit starts with a free consultation, where clients explain their goals. At a new client's first appointment, the technician reviews medical history and previous treatments, carries out a physical examination, and talks through treatments, services and products before working out a possible plan. New clients are asked to complete paperwork ahead of time or arrive a few minutes early to do it. Many services can be adjusted to a client's needs, and separate consultations are available for anyone who wants to talk through a plan.

The studio uses Cynosure lasers, including the Cynosure Elite Plus, Cynosure IQ and Cynosure Apogee. The Apogee offers dual wavelengths, Nd:YAG and Alexandrite. Cool air and a cooling gel are used during treatment. Leg sessions take about 25 minutes, bikini sessions about 10 to 15 minutes, and facial sessions about 20 minutes. Most clients need roughly 6 to 12 treatments spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, and facial hair usually needs more sessions. The business states that 10% to 25% of hair is reduced after the first treatment. The laser does not work on grey, white, blonde or red hair. Laser hair removal requires no downtime, and the business lists swelling, redness, bruising and scabbing, lasting 1 to 14 days, as common side effects, with blistering, pigment changes and scarring described as rare.

Before treatment, clients are asked to shave the area 1 to 24 hours ahead and avoid lotion, oils and deodorant on it. For at least two weeks afterwards, clients should stay out of direct sun and tanning beds and use SPF 50 or higher outdoors. Hot showers, saunas, hot tubs and sweat-inducing exercise should be avoided for 24 hours after a treatment, and swimming for at least three days. Clients who are pregnant cannot be treated, and their package can be put on hold. Cancellations or rebookings need 24 hours' notice; later changes forfeit one series from the package. Gratuities are not included in packages but are welcome, with cash, Venmo and Zelle preferred, and Apple Pay and credit cards also accepted. Appointments, packages, gift cards and an online shop are available through the website.
