Hormone care centers on bioidentical hormones, which have the same chemical structure as the hormones the body makes, and the practice prescribes only those. Hormone visits include a first one hour appointment, annual visits, and one hour follow-ups to review one or two or more lab panels. Treatment is offered to both men and women, and the practice sells supplements through its website.

Cosmetic work includes Botox for frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet and other facial lines. Results generally appear within 24 hours to 7 days and typically last about three months. Vollure, a hyaluronic acid filler, is used for lines of the lower face, tear troughs and lip volume, while Voluma, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler, adds volume to the face or hands and can last a year or more. Laser options include Laser Hair Removal on a Cutera Xeo laser, Intense Pulsed Light for pigmentation and rosacea redness, Laser Genesis for collagen support and fine lines, and Laser Vein Removal for spider veins and small broken capillaries. Latisse is offered for eyelash lengthening. Patients are advised to avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol, fish oil, vitamin E and similar products for 10 days before injectables to reduce bruising.

Practical details: evening and weekend appointments are available, and HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Patients with PPO insurance who have met their deductible receive a superbill for partial reimbursement. Appointments need 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a $75 fee, prescription refills need seven days notice, and annual appointments must be booked before the yearly prescription expires. Interim phone consultations are priced at $150 for 30 minutes or $95 for 15 minutes. Administration fees apply as needed, so ask the office for amounts.
