Shiella Mae Bertulfo founded the studio and works there as a certified esthetician, serving both women and men. Her work centers on brows and skincare, with the aim of enhancing each client's natural features.

It ranges from a quick trim and a sculpted shape to tinting, brow lamination, a combined brow and lip service, and an ombre brow tattoo that gives a powdered, gradient look, darker at the tail and lighter toward the front. Tattoo retouches are also offered. New clients are asked for a $200 deposit toward the ombre brow tattoo, whose opening price is $425 for about 150 minutes.

Facials run from a 30-minute express glow to an 80-minute Love Your Skin facial that includes a facial massage and an anti-aging retinol treatment. Other options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning (which removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair) and an extraction add-on. Lash services cover strip lashes, lash tints, lifts, and classic, hybrid and volume sets and refills. Makeup, waxing and package options round out the menu.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page. The studio is open Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 20% fee.
