The menu covers a wide range of nail enhancements. Acrylic color powder, dipping powder, Gel X and hard or builder gel all have their own sections, with separate acrylic work for toenails. Manicures run from a dry gel service that includes shaping, a dry cuticle trim and gel color, to a longer gel manicure with a warm water soak, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, a lotion massage and a warm towel wrap.
Shorter 30-minute options include the Espresso, Fresh Fruit and Signature Onsen services, each built around a different soak, scrub and mask. The longer treatments add more steps. The Golden 24K Pedicure includes a gold sea salt soak, a foot sauna, a gold leaf mask, collagen socks and gold serum. The Paradise 9 Cloudy Pedicure uses a Himalayan salt soak and sugar scrub, a ginger oil massage with hot stones and jade pressure therapy, and a hydrating mask. The Secret Pedicure is listed for couples and includes a rose-petal bath bomb soak and a massage with warm candles. The Therapy Pedicure uses lemongrass, a Kansa therapy massage and paraffin.
Several policies are worth knowing before a visit. Clients are asked to confirm prices with their nail technician before service and to give advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Health issues, including diabetes, should be disclosed before service. Service may be declined if a client has an infection or ingrown nails, and a client who goes ahead does so at their own risk. The salon does not offer refunds on services, but it will work to fix a problem with the service itself if the client tells the salon manager right away. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards, may refuse anyone who is rude, and asks parents to supervise children who come along.
